Our programs range from - SAQ - Speed, Agility & Quickness to Soccer IQ our advanced skills training for Soccer. The Top Notch training staff has 25 years of experience to sports training and has developed a unique form of Speed, Agility & Quickness training that follows a Progressive model...dynamically changing to fit the athletes progress as they advance through the training program.
Top Notch offers training in Football positional, Baseball/Softball instructional - Lacrosse and Basketball SAQ and fitness

PERFORMANCE - SPEED, AGILITY & QUICKNESS
Top Notch combines a dynamic approach to Speed, Agility & Quickness and integrates it with ball skills, technique and tactics. Very often, agility is more relevant to successful sports performance than all-out speed. Agility is the ability to explosively brake, change direction and accelerate again. Agility training can even help in the reduction and recovery from sports injuries.

SPORTS SKILL & POSITIONAL TRAINING
Our skills training programs focus on player development combining speed and quickness training with ball skills, techniques and tactics. Coached by senior trainers all with professional or collegiate playing experience.
Our unique and proven training techniques have developed youth players to qualify for Elite & Academy teams. We have placed many players on College as well as professional teams in Major League soccer and Europe.
